Why am I getting kicked back to the previous page or declined when I checkout?
Our system is very sensitive when it comes to customer information. If your billing address specified in your invoice does not match the credit/debit card billing information, our system will not accept your purchase request. You may be asked to input the correct billing address or correct cvv codes during the checkout process. Or in order to bypass that, you will need to speak with your bank to change your billing information to correspond to the information you had provided during check out.
Can I cancel my order?

How can I track my order?

How long does it take to process my order? How soon will my order be shipped?

My ordered product is defective, what should I do?

What is the difference between Retail and Bulk products?
When a product is labeled bulk, this means the product is not in manufacturers' packaging. When a product is labeled Retail, this means the product is in its original manufacturer packaging.
Refund and RMA Return Merchandise Authorization Questions:
I got a refund email notification, but why haven't the amount been credited to my account?
Once we refund your order amount, and it is up to your bank to settle the transaction amount back to your account. Contact your bank for more information on the time frame it takes for the credit to apply. Normally, banks will take up to 3-5days for refunded amount to settle.
